But recently Facebook using some strict policies and does not allow to add strangers as your friends. But first I want to give some tips to avoid getting blocked by Facebook.
Tips:
1. Don't send friend request to unknown people.
2. Don't send more than 10-20 friend requests per day.
3. Add people with a minimum time gap of 1 hour.
4. Let the pending requests accepted by the other then send more friend requests.
5. If you send a request to a unknown person and he/she does't accept your request then cancel the request.
6. Try to add people with more mutual or common friend.
I hope if you maintain these tips below you will not be getting blocked by Facebook any more, or even if you are blocked don't worry try the below trick.
Send Friend Requests When You Are Blocked:
Please Follow the Steps very carefully:
1. Note the person's email address whom you want to send friend request.
2. Go here: https://www.facebook.com/invite.php then click on Import your email addresses.
3. Now enter the email of that person whom to want to send friend request.
4. If you want to add many persons at a time, then open a notpad and paste all your friends email separated by comma (,).
5. Save the notepad file with the extension .vcf (like: contact.vcf).
6. Now click on Other Tools and upload your contact.vcf file and it will send friend request to every person in that list.
